Formerly a father & son duo, Jarid Weddle is a dedicated REALTOR®/Broker Associate serving the Tampa Bay area. Spring Hill, Florida. Jarid is committed to providing clients with the perfect balance of old-fashioned customer service and modern marketing strategies.
Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, Jarid earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Radford University in 2019. Before entering the real estate industry, he worked as a Digital Marketing Manager for a physical therapy marketing agency in Richmond, Virginia, where he helped clinics grow by building strong online visibility and increasing patient engagement.
Jarid now applies that same marketing expertise to real estate, helping sellers showcase their homes effectively and ensuring buyers have access to the most up-to-date listings and market insights. His passion lies in guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions—buying or selling a home—with transparency, professionalism, and a personalized approach.
